New to me 2023 GX460! Need advice on lift.
Purchased a 2023 GX460 last year and decided to finally get a lift done. Planning on running 32’s for tires. Still haven’t decided yet. Suspension will be the Bilstein 6112/5100. My question is for just a 2” front lift. Should I go 1.5” or 2” in the rears. Stock weight with the only upgrade of wheels and tires.
Model ? ... Luxury (AVS Shocks + Air Bag Rear "Springs") ... Premium (Standard Shocks + Rear Conventional Springs) ...
Why the lift ? ... R U assuming 32's require a lift ? What exact tire size / wheel width / offset are you planning ?

sorry! It’s a premium with standard shocks. Wheels I’m looking at are the KMC 722 20x9 +18 and the continental terrain contact AT or the Toyo AT/3 in a 275/55/20. Not planning on doing any off roading it’ll mainly be for aesthetics.
Be aware that lifting does not change the tire path on suspension articulation ... so interference with the front body mount will be the challenge ... many posts on this subject. UCA replacement will be required to maintain reasonable Caster with a 2" front lift. On the rear ... for stance, many go with the nose slightly down ... visually close to level, but maybe 1/2" (max) lower in front than the rear.

I am doing almost exactly that. New to me 2017 lux pkg. 6112/5160, 2” in front, 1.5” rear. Falken at4 275/70/17 on Method 703 0 offset, and irionman UCA. Diameter of 275 is only .6 smaller than 285 (.3” ground clearance difference) but has fewer fitment issues. It will be done mid March, so no photos yet.
You don't "need" a lift for 32" tires. 275/65-18's. Making sure you understand offsets is the key. I've run 275/65-18's on several different GX's I've owned over the years. Lots of info on this stuff in the Tire/Wheel thread.

Questions to the OP ... from your original post, you are wanting to improve the "aesthetic" ... what does that specifically mean ? ... taller tires to fill in the wheel wells ? ... less wheel offset, moving the edge of the tire tread outboard for a more planted look ? ... wider tires for a more aggressive look ...

If you want as close to a "factory" lift that has a Lexus warranty (if installed at a dealer) you do have this option:
