Default Need new tires please recommend.

Hi guys,

Two of my stock Yokohama Advan tires have developed bubbles so i need to replace them fast.

I think the current size is 245/40R18. I was thinking of going for 255 or so...does anyone have a good brand to recommend?

What are you looking for out of the tire? I have Toyo Proxes 4 on my car now and I hate them. I had PS2's prior and really liked them but they are summer use only for me in Chicago. I plan to replace my tires this spring/summer and may trio the Invos or get back to the PS2's.

I have been researching Advan AD08 from yokohama...not sure if I should go with that or another brand.

Go with Michelin PS2 if your are looking for extreme performance summer tires. They arent bad with rain either.

Michelin PS2 isn't the best anymore for high performance summer tires. I would recommend the Bridgestone RE-11. The RE-11 will give you unbelievable sports car grip, they are also quieter and smoother riding than the PS2. In the rain they are about the same as the Michelin PS2.

Michelin PS2 ZP is the best of the run-flat options, but the RE-11 is the best extreme performance tire on the market.
