Default Removing Front Shield Guard

I am in process of removing the front plastic shield guard and wondering what's the proper way? I removed all the metal screws but having some trouble with the plastic tab. Is there a proper way? Thanks in advance.

Maybe #13 in this pic?

If so, this is the plastic retaining clip:

To remove, lift the center piece with a small screwdriver and that will release the clip.

Also need a 10mm wrench, removing it exposes the radiator FWIW.
