Default corroded negative battery wire and terminal

My negative terminal and the wire that connects to the firewall have corroded away. I want to replace the terminal and the short ground wire. Let me know what suggestions you guys have to get this task done. What kind of terminal would you suggest and negative cable gauge. I remember someone did it here a few years ago but can't locate the thread. Thanks all.

Looks like you can't buy the OEM part any more. But there's a couple of battery harnesses available on eBay for $150-200, which will be this, the positive cable, and several other wires.

If you don't want to spend this, go to AutoZone/PepBoys and get a new clamp and wire. Look for their "Help" brand.

Get this style terminal

Then get another ground to body cable.

Shouldn't be more than $20. I would cut the main cable just past the bolt so you can bolt it onto the new lug terminal. Or if you are close to a junk yard you can look for some that are similar from other vehicles.
