Ol' Honey-dip!
Ahhhhh! Finally made the GX forum! This is Honey! 2003 model with a modest and very friendly 200k on clock. I had been looking at a few here in TN and nearly settled on a black one with almost the exact mileage but I decided to keep looking for a gem. Then this one popped up. Original asking price was 8k which was well worth it so I presented it to my wife and she nodded the go ahead. That's when we were able to strike a deal for $6600 and bring Honey home. Truck is AMAZING and most importantly my wife is very impressed with this 14yr old truck. It just needed a tension pulley and its got some chirping noise on the A/C pulley which I'm pulling later today. But of course the truck won't stay stock for long! We're going to perform some suspension upgrades along with wheels, tires, small lighting upgrades and really just enjoy the rig for what it is. She have given me the rule of no racks, light bars, snorkels and all that stuff which takes away from the true essence of the vehicle. It still needs to be a professional vehicle for her work but also serve as a nice get-a-way rig when its time to hit the trails.
Here are some pics from when we 1st got it and up until now:

I got around to replacing the A/C pulley and magnet last weekend. For those who think you have to relieve the system from refrigerant; you don't. But you have to have a TON of patience. I was nearly at my wits end because trying to get to the 1st snap ring is near impossible. But once I calmed down and refocused I literally got done in about 1hr ( from the moment I unbolted the compressor, removed the pulley and magnet in junction with the snap ring and re-installed everything. Bolt the compressor back up, install the serpentine belt and fire up the engine ) I didn't make a install video but if you have any questions as to how to do this I can walk you through it. Needless to say the chirp is still there so now I'm gonna to check out the PS pulley and the Alt pulley.

So I had some residual exhaust fumes coming through the A/C vents and finally got around to addressing the issue. Granted to get this to completely go away I need to change the exhaust header gaskets but we'll do that once we swap the whole system out. For now we just did the doughnut gaskets and the bank 2 upstream O2 Sensor which was throwing a check engine light. Fairly simple job that you can do with basic tools. Ill get some pics up tonight

Lead Lap
I bought my 2005 a few weeks ago.. 143k and showroom condition. It looks just like yours. I paid $7k TTL... but I’m the lead Audi tech where it was traded. I put 1,000 miles a week on my daily.
As for your “chirp”... are you positive it’s not in the timing belt? Have you taken off the serpentine belt and started it? That would be the quickest way to narrow it down.
You are at the milleage that a second T-belt job is due.
You can can get the gates kit for $175 on amazon or the asin kit for $185 on amazon... they both come with every pulley, w/p, and seal you need.... plus the hydraulic tensioner.

My wife's project is moving along nicely! She's lately added some 265-70-17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on the TRD Off-Road spec wheels. Also its about time to install the KC RGB Rock Light system. But here are some pics of it current state from our @42wd_Landers IG page!

Thanks! She really likes them. She wants to keep all of the upgrades low key as possible. Once these tires wear out; it'll be time to go to Toyo AT's 285-70-17 along with Fox 2.0 C/O's with 2.0 resi shocks and a coil conversion. The UCA's can remain stock but more than likely be swapped out for Camburg UCA's
