Disconecting the battery wont help, It will go back on unless the problem is fixed

Nope, never did. That vehicle ended up being totaled in a massive hail storm about 6 months ago. In hindsight I should have taken it to the Toyota dealership from the get go. I have later learned that the shop I took it to originally probably wasn't qualified to work on that vehicle.

The warning lights were annoying but the performance of the vehicle was not affected by the problem at all. I didn't really want to pay to have the same problem fixed twice (first time unsuccessfully) and unfortunately I am not qualified or have the tools and work space to attempt to do the repair myself.
