How come you don't see a replacement in the maintainence schedule, for that matter, the filter replacement is not listed in any of the cars I own anymore. Used to be part of standard care many years ago?

I guess that answers my question! Thought so, self cleaning filters, most are in the fuel tank these days. Three mazdas, an equinox and a CRV, in our driveway, none of them have a fuel filter replacement in the schedule.

Show me, replacing a. Fuel filter has never been easy since they took them out of the carb, remember them? If you have one they are usually under pressure and when you loosen the fittings gas comes out under that pressure, messy.
