I used my backup camera to park in such a sweet parking spot the other day! Wow, it was amazing!
How about, why does the paint scratch completely off if I look at it the wrong way? After I hand waxed the living hell out of my GX, I LIGHTLY grazed my snowblower handle in the garage and it scratched the paint down to the plastic on the bumper.. (My GS has been through HELL, I promise and nothing has ever happened like that.) Also had an incident with my roof rack grabbing the emergency release on my garage, causing it to crash down on my roof. The resulting scratches didn't seem so bad, so I took it to get buffed out. Almost nothing buffed out. The scratches were deep, (understandable bc of what happened) but I have buffed out worse on my GS. Anyone else agree?

If I were to guess, your ride was probably in an accident and it was repainted at that spot. I've never seen that issue. I grazed a badge sensor at a security gate with my door mirror and no paint chip or scratch just a mark from the sensor in which I was able to buff out. If you bought it CPO then inquire with the dealership.

The other possible explanation is that the snowblower handle was somewhat sharp which cut into the plastic bumber causing it to create a gash. Snowblowers aren't the lightest thing in the world so it would stand its ground.

I looked at the snowblower, and there are some screws that might be the culprit. My GX is CPO, and the carfax showed no accidents, but that isn't a guarentee. I hope the paint does last like my GS, and the two incidences of scratches were because of alot of force/shap object, and not weak paint... The appearance of the paint is awesome, I'm gonna try and keep it that way.
