Default New to Lexus

Hello All! Just purchased a 2017 ES 350 and am thrilled! Bought a Toyota Avalon XLE Premium last year as read it was the same as an ES but that is not true. Ride, seats and quietness are definitely lacking in the Avalon. I have been browsing the forum for quite a while just for comparisons to the Avalon. Any advise for being a Lexus owner appreciated!

yes, welcome to the forum... and congratulations on your new ES..I agree with you about the differences between the Avalon and the ES... I've owned both and I obviously prefer the Lexus.. but thats not to say I didn't care for My Avalon...It was a great car and gave me about 7 years of trouble free driving.. Really liked that car but I agree the ride, less road noise in the cabin and the looks all make the ES a better choice in my opinion.. Post some pics of your new ES when you get a chance. and again welcome..

My neighbor just got a new Mercedes. When in his garage, I opened the door the Mercedes logo appeared on the floor. Did some research and found these. Takes one minute to install. The license plate bolts add a nice touch as opposed to a rusty bolt. If you get the logo lights make sure you get one with 5 watts.

I put the ghost lights just in the front doors and replaced the back doors and trunk with leds. Whiter and much brighter and IMO looks way better.

Also am new to Lexus and the Es. Amazing and comfortable ride. Makes me wish my 10 minute commute was an hour just so I can ride in it longer

Gee, that's quite a statement. Sounds like you're happy with the car. GOOD LUCK and welcome to CL...
