Yes, my Dobinsons kit will give a small lift.

For you, you cannot simply use that spring seat without securing it to the factory perch. Does that make sense? The rubber seat you have would otherwise slide around or worse, slide off the axle. The kit I linked above has no additional lift or very minimally (same thickness as the ones you already bought)

This was my concern, however the Arnott spring conversion I have seems to be designed to not sit on a perch with an aggressive slope:

I'm worried that if I use a perch, like the one you have linked, with a slope, it will give the Arnott Spring a bit of a lean.

It seems to be very similar to the Monroe kit, which per their installation video (skip to 2min50sec) they don't use anything other than the spring:

I reached out to Arnott's customer service (not really expecting a reply) and recevied the following response from them:

Nervously optimistic.......

If that's what Arnott says, then I guess I'd trust them.

Most that are converting to coils are also lifting, so different rules would apply when you aren't using the Arnott's kit.

If you ever decided to change rear springs down the road, expect that you'd require a coil conversion kit at that time.

Hmm that’s interesting. Ok the factory seats do have a very small elevation once you’ve removed the airbags. I guess that is sufficient to hold these specific springs in place. I’m just cautiously worried they may pop out at extreme rear articulation. Let us know how install goes.

The spring extension is limited by the shock extended length, no?
Will a spring go to zero (or less) when the droop goes to max? It shouldn't.

Drill small holes in perch and add coated 1/16" - 3/32" steel cable with lead crimped ends to prevent spring from coming out of the perch.
Or some form of hook style clamp that you can screw to the perch and the "hook" part goes over last coil in the perch.

Coils are installed, so far so good, no drama, and there is no discernable difference in ride that I can tell (though the OE stocks were very tired, the new 'dumb' ones are a marked improvement to ride. Honestly didn't realize the old ones were so bad as I didn't have any abnormal tire wear, but they were done for).

Question: Haven't gotten around to doing it yet, but if i pull the fuses and relays for the air suspension that should make the warning lights go off right? Or is there something else I'm going to have to do to satisfy that issue?

[edit]I pulled the 20a TEMS fuse inside, and the air suspension relay, and 50a fuse, and air suspension 10a fuse in the engine bay, but still have the VSC/ABS christmas lights. What am I missing?
