Hey all,
Owned my GX470 for about 3 years now. Originally purchased as a weekend vehicle to haul the family around, but recently decided its time to have some fun with it.
I'm curios, why do they say 2004 is the first year of the 1ST Gen? My GX470 is a 2003.

 

Nov 2002 started the production for the 2003 model year. 2003 was the first year of the gx470

 

I realize that. Just wondering why in this forum and lots of other things I have seen for the GX470, why they all state 1st gen starts at 2004.

 

Because they're wrong.
