So, this is annoying.
We have 4 Lexus SUVs, and I'm over 2 hours from a dealer, so I do all my service in the home shop. I track all maintenance in the Lexus drivers site, at least since Lexus drivers has been available anyway.

I bought our 2004 GX back in 2007 with few miles, drove it nearly 200k, then gave it to my daughter. She drove it about 40k, and decided she needed a newer car and they wouldn't give her anything hardly on trade so she sold it back to me. It needed a bunch of work that she and her husband didn't want to do so I now own it again.

I just did all the necessary maintenance and repair and placed the VIN back in my Lexus drivers account..

ALL the maintenance records I put in Lexus drivers for 200k are gone except the dealer services, which are few.
So annoying.

​​​​​​I have reviewed the EULA on the drivers site and it does state that non-dealer entered maintenance data is not available to new owners if the vehicle is in a different Lexus drivers acct. Which I think sucks. But I'm the same owner! With the same drivers account.
It appears that when my daughter put the vin in her acct and tracked maintenance it deleted all the data I put in for 10+ years?
I emailed Lexus and they were not helpful.

Anybody have similar experience? Or find any way to recover the records?
