Default Service/Maintenance record

Hi
I need to get the service/maintenance records done at lexus on my vehicule. Im the second owner.
Im in Canada and the dealer is telling me that this information is confidential and bla bla bla.
Is there anyway to get them ?
Ive have made an account on US LEXUS website but it does not recognize my VIN.

Your dealer is giving you a lot of BS. Ask him to get the report and to black out the name & address of the previous owner, so no confidentiality is divulged and give it to you.
Or at least he could tell you what has been done if you ask him anything specific.

I need to call the Lexus dealership in Canada because my fathers 2012 RX350 that I just bought for him last week in Florida came from Canada when i checked to find service history on Lexus drivers website I didn't see anything I worried about that at first so i called Lexus up and they then transferred me to Lexus Canada and I was informed the Lexus Canda does not offer a website like we have in the U.S.A that allows us to see vehicle service dealer history.
I was told that to find this info out I would have to contact a Canada Lexus Dealer so I need to get around to this at some time.

if you look in your warranty manual you may find the original owners information and contact him. Im hesitating on doing that lol

Sometimes people park their brains in neutral! I don't know why this dealership is giving you such a hard time. If you really can't get any info, try bribing one of the service people, it might work.
