Default ‘04 rear suspension up

I searched and could not find an answer. The rear ride height is jacked all the way up. Light on dash says normal height. It will not lower, no matter what buttons you push. Both sides of truck are equally raised. Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you do anything to your air bags recently? Have you tried to reset the ECU? Does your light stay at normal even if you try to adjust your height to up or low?

I haven’t done anything to the vehicle lately. I have not tried to reset the ecu. The light will move to high and low with no effect to the ride height

I haven’t had time to mess with this lately. Truck is still in my garage with the rear end lifted, equally, as high as it will go. Light on the dash is in the normal position. The off light next to it is flashing and will not do anything whether you press the on/off button or the low/normal/high settings. Is this a simple fix, or am I going to have to be towed for a fix?

Check the ride height sensors. There's one on each side, ahead of the rear wheel.

I just came in from putting it up on my lift. I found a bracket on the passenger side ride height sensor was completely sheared in half. The sensor was hanging way down low. I put it back up to where it should be and the back came down. I just ordered 2 new sensors

Good job finding the issue! Diagnosis is 2/3 of the work in a lot of cases.
