I’m not seeing anything but ghost issues. Happens a lot on high end vehicles. I’d bet your fog lights just burned out one filament at a time and other than that your running good.
But I just don’t chase random sporadic issues that aren’t safety related.
More than Likely, although I miss my Audis letting me know when a bulb was out lol.. On a more serious note, will the fogs not work if one/either is burned out? I don't think the system is that intuitive. Your Thoughts...

generally when 2 bulbs are wired in parallel... if one bulb goes and you don’t catch it quickly, then the other will follow.
Also, even if you do catch right off the other will generally fail a short time after. Since they tend to have the same lifespan.
The funny thing is...when I first got my GX I thought the light indicator on our GX models meant a bulb out😂😂😂... since I had just replaced a blinker and put in all LED lighting. I had never had all the lights working without the LED upgrade. I had to read the manual on that one.
Go figure that it would mean your lights are on. Lol
