I was installing hitch receiver on my 04 and found this guy on the ground after removing rear bumper. I have no idea where it came from and would like to know what it is and where it goes. It says something like "epdm ergo 10" Thanks a lot in advance!

 

is your rear interior light on? door ajar red light in the dash?

Yep... that’s the door switch cover. Look at the lower left part of the rear door jam with the barn door open... you’ll most likely see a plastic switch... it should have that rubber piece over it.

Atleast thats what what it looks like.
