After some aggressive window scraping this past week, it appears that the rubber seal, outside top of door, separated from the metal trim it was attached to. Appears to be a glued on piece as opposed to a snap in attachment.

Anybody else had this problem? Should I just remove the whole rubber piece?

Pretty sure its the drivers door belt moulding #75712-60080. I'll likely order the replacement and hope it's not a pita to R&R.

 

Having the same issue, rubber is half attached and half hanging.

 

One screw easy job all of 5 minutes. Ordered from Partsq had it in two days.

 

My passenger front door is having the same issue. That is by far the worst designed primary outer window seal I’ve ever seen.
But there is a secondary seal below that one.... so you could just tear it off and trash it.

The price of each one will dictate my decision. Lol

 

I’ve just ordered some via amazon as they had the best price. It’s not the OEM, so I will report later on quality once I get them installed.

As with most, my 2 front have been distorted and torn. I think it’s a common problem with GX.

 

How much were the front pair on amazon?

 

$62.99 for all 4 on amazon. It is quite cheap considering it’s a set of 4 and what dealer charges.

Again, these are not the OEM, so I am taking a risk on them. It has 1 review with 4 stars, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Im down with that..... $62.99 is well worth the risk since amazon has a super easy return policy.
