IDitto. completed my recall repair and filled out the paper work since April 25th (5+ weeks ago) and still not received any thing either. I called Lexus customer and they have open a case to look into it.

Is this for every GX or just for the GX with certain recalls?
Mine has the wrong GVWR but no one mentioned the $1000 service credit on my 5k service.

If you have a GVWR sticker that says 6100 Lbs, then you get the $1,000.00. Your Lexus dealership is suposed to submit the paperwork for the title change (you have to sign the Affidavit giving them Power of Attorny to make the change) at the same time they change the sticker to the correct 6000 Lbs. If you signed the Affidavit, then you should be in line to recieve the debit card.

A friend and myself both bought new GX470's in December 2002
We both have told Lexus to forget the Debit Card as being unacceptable & make a cash settlement!
What is the card worth really? and as someone pointed out in the last post..What can you buy with it?
A $1000.00 debit card probably costs Lexus $300.00....

We have now put the whole mess in the hands of attorneys. Let Lexus sort it out with them.
The whole set of issues were becoming a one sided conversation with Lexus!
I also heard that several people have now started the LEGAL route!

Yes use it 100% for business!
Dont have the time to mess around with Lexus customer service anymore.
Gave the whole thing to an attorney & he is also handling my friends similar situation. He was quite amazed how they are handling it! (Everyone is getting a different pitch by Lexus!)
It will be interesting to see what he gets for information.

Still waiting for my debit card. I was told it would take 2 months (4 weeks ago).
What is everyone going to do with the card? I can't figure what I would add for that kind of $$.
