Had to post pics of my tail light upgrade to the clear 08/09 style for my 2007 GX. Such a nice new look. Thanks to those who have done this and shared as well.
So im guessing the light harness and everything else attached to the back of the light is the same for both models. Still have to replace the signal bulb with an amber one I assume, or it there an internal amber lens in the light fixture?
I know this thread is old, just looking for more info.
They really are a great way to update the back. Now only the purist GX owners will know if its a 08-09, or an older one with updated tails.
Yep... 08/09 comes with a chrome/silver stripe at the bottom of Rear Glass. Right under the Rear Wiper to be exact And Don't let 'em look inside.. Maroonish wood and shiny chrome coverings for the front door small speakers.... LOL

Yup, you're spot-on. Add "liquid graphite" finished wheels (same as previous year Sport pkg wheels?). Add chromed ext door handles and roof rack side rails instead of body-colored items. There's probably a few other changes that I'm overlooking.
