Default Rosen DVD Payer Issues

2003 w/ NAV and Mark Levinson. The dome light works, ejector motor works, but the unit doesn't seem to show a picture or audio. Remotes have new batteries. Anyone have ideas? Thanks!

Not sure I understand your question . Do you mean the DVD player is FROZEN [ Not Rosen ] What dome light are you talking about . Ejector motor. ** do you mean the disk will eject from the DVD player. ] There is a control in set up for the rear entertainment center that you can adjust on your navigation screen. To be able to put the video and audio in front or back or both. I believe that once you put a DVD movie in and drop the roof screen you should be able to activate it using the remote control. You have to turn it on or off from the remote . You navigate to the different options using the cursor of the remote control The video will play on front bscreen as long as you have emergency brake set.

Thanks for your reply! Is this the correct remote? I saw a pdf of tech notes that I will try soon.

My remote is totally different . My truck is factory 2004 rear entertainment . Your unit may be aftermarket or you have somehow gotten hold of a different remote.

Not surprised that the previous owner pulled off a few magic tricks on me. Left me with a busted rear suspension, non-working dvd player, and a few minor issues. Nonetheless, the major components are holding strong and still worth the price I paid. I will post a couple of dvd pics shortly.

A quick google shows that they're still in business. Give their support people a call.
