I think you could do better, NO Nav, DVD etc. and it's an 03 with 121k miles. Seems high to me

spent time with one today and it had the DVD not impressed and don't really need it, the rear seat entertainment from the factory is also pretty prehistoric. I'm thinking I can use these two options to my advantage.

It's had the timing belt and water pump replaced at 90K. At 111K it got a new muffler and new rear shocks too, so it's been taken care of. If you really want that GX, I'd offer $12K and go from there.

I picked up my 04 with 156K for about $14000. So I would say that is decently priced.

Mine has the nav, but I typically just turn the screen off and don't use it much. I wouldn't mind having the majority of the HVAC buttons actually be BUTTONS like on that one and not the goofy stuff on the screen myself!
