NO problem with the carwash (at least the ones that use the long fabric strips (not spinning brushes). It's plenty solid. Looks much better now, eh?

A missing spoiler and a barn door on a $50k car. What a couple of bonehead NA-market misses on Lexus' part...

It's all about trying to make an extra buck at the sale. I am sure some pay over a grand for that "accessory" depending on the sales rep.

True that. But it seems some companies are getting smarter with their upmarket brands ad just offer one or two versions - for example I think it might be Lexus or Acura that now just offers a ouple of their models with or without nav, right? Everything else being equal...

I get that some people like to build it as they want (certainly I'd like to build up a 911 as I'd like too), but I do like to point out (repeatedly, like a broken, whiny record if you will) that those were just LAME mistakes on Lexus' part. Which they've now corrected I believe.
