Default Steering wheel noise normal?

When you guys move your steering wheel left to right just a tiny bit back and forth while the car is shut off or on, does it make any sort of noise in the column? Thx.

That is normalbut should not be too loud I mean, My question to you is the sound loud which can be heard into the cabin, while driving or while just Idle power.
1. Check the Steering reservoir for Fluid level. ( top it up)
2. Check for surrounding for any leaks. ( check the source is it the cap or the lower end of the cannister.

Mann, it's like the sound of plastic wires or plugs hitting something else that's plastic. Only truly noticeable when car is idling or shut off and you wiggle the wheel.

Thanks so much.
