Just curious if this was normal or not? Our GX headlights do not come on automatically when the wipers come on in the day time. We have fo manually turn the lights on each time. They do come on at night no problem. Is this normal?

Headlights come on in other cars when wiper is on? What is the purpose of that? Every time I want to clean a bug off the windshield the guy coming towards me will think I am warning him of a radar trap. If lights are on AUTO, they will come on whe no light hits the sensor on the dashboard, like at night or in tunnels, or if you put your hand over the sensor.

 

No, the GX headlights do not automatically come on when windshield wipers come on.
