Mine arent as bad so Im waiting a little longer to do them. I went thru rotors on my tundra like oil changes and finally ended up going with Cryo-treated powerslots. Since it seems there is a similar rotor issue with this truck, I will be using the same for the X, but obviously cant provide you with first hand experience yet on this vehicle. .02

Default Very happy with my ebay rotors

I bought these rotors 16,000 miles ago. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lexus...Q5fAccessories

I am very happy. I did break the rotors in, I use EBC pads and do not tow but can carry quite a bot of weight in the car (800 -1000 pounds). I do use the brakes hard and spend quite a bit of time in the mountaines.

I would recommend these. Also, easy to put on.

Default Dust from EBC green

No, I do not notice it all. Of course dust is subjective. I will not call them dustless but I never look at my wheels and say brake dust. I have the sport package with the darker wheels so maybe it doesn't show but these are great pads. My brakes are quiet, little (very little dust) and nice modulation.
If I was buying again I would get the same rotors and pads.
