how can i speed up the failure of the rear sensors? Everytime i go to the dealer because the rear end is acting up they say it isn't throwing any codes. What can i do to speed up the failure process. i know its faulty. can't deal anymore. help.

I replaced mine at my own cost for the same reason. My warranty was telling that everything is fine. I got mine from ebay. Two Brand new sensors cost me $400. You can replace it yourself or pay somebody $100.

Well they are electrical components, I'm sure a little higher than normal voltage, maybe 120V might due the job, just make sure their not still wired to the truck when you shock them.
Sorry no better answer than that..........

Chrisr...I have a question..is the problem erratic...or has it been totally failed.
What you could tell him that The height compressor has a valve which release air as required for the ride as per the reading from the sensors. Your problem is the there is no air pressure build up in the air pump. That's why the rear air suspension has no effect and you feel every bump on the road. On the other side, the height control does not work either since there is no air pressure to lift the car. In other terms low pressure.
The following are prone to failure, Accumulator pressure sensor, Accumulator Solenoid Valve. these two are directly involved for the bottoming out.

Now what the dealer seems to be doing just opposite. The faults are being checked by the DLCM tool. If you could tell him to do the following areas check
1. Ask him to check the Suspension Fluid Pressure. I do not know the values, but I guess they are around 2.5. to 3.0MPa.
2. Check for any Suspension Fluid leaks, even if they are minor, can result in suspension bottoming out.
3. Ask him to check the air in the suspension fluid. There should be no gas at all. Mostly this is the area the faults are. The above parts are correlated to this symptom. If all is ok as per the dealer, One last thing he should is Bleed the air, to adjust the suspension fluid to the required range.
You must be wondering why this check is to be done, it to confirm that the suspension fluid pressure is not low because of N2 gas in the fluid. When the stabilizer accumulator bellows , it shows the stab accumulator is malfunctioning. The N2 gas enters the suspension fluid causing the fluid pressure to decrease, and you have the effects of bottoming.

Last you could advise them keep the car for 2-3 days and have test rides to see the problem, maybe then they will know.

It has been fine for quite a while now until saturday when i had a passenger in the third row. the rear end went all the way up and stayed there. It leveled back down couple days later. It was very unstable and a "boat-like" ride when maxed out to the highest point.

Exactly as what I mentioned, the accumulator sensor is fried. SO it is behaving irirdinate at times....The pressure build up is building and letting it out. Goto the dealer and as I said quote this areas of problems.

Mann777 everything that you said is corectly. However when I removed my sensors problem was very easy. After while sensors are getting stuck due to bad road condition and corrosion. When I removed sensors they were completly stuck If you want I can show you couple pictures. There is little arm that moves up and down. When this arm is stuck car does not lowers or raises the only way to check the sensors is to remove them.

Where did you post the story on how you replaced them? I want to know how you adjusted these.
