Hi, i have a 2007 Lexus GX 470. almost at 15,000 miles and the maint required light on. do i have to bring it to the dealer or those are something i can do. What need to be done with this. any advice will help. thanks

 

Set your odometer to odo (not trip). Turn the engine off. Press and hold the odometer button, while holding the button turn the key to on position (do not start the engine!). Wait until the light goes out. That's it.

 

At a miniumum if the light is on it usually means you are due for an oil change.

 

Are you asking what 15k mile services need to be performed on your vehicle? There is a scheduled service manual that came with your SUV that details the services required. It's a booklet in the same leather folder as your owners manual. If you have your Lexus dealer perform these services, it will probably cost you $250 to $350 depending on your dealer and location.
