Has anyone found a way to have the rear DVD player start playing the DVD from the point it left off after restarting the car without having to press the remote to get the screen back on? I have a 3 yr old who despite her best efforts with the buttons, doesn't know how to turn on the screen. I find myself having to press the DVD button on the remote then the cursor button 2x to get that annyoing message off and then get the control menu off the screen. I'd like to be able to control the picture from the front controls or have the picture go back on when the car is started. Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

I too would like to know if there is any way to turn on the rear dvd screen without the remote. I do know that if you put the park brake on the dvd will display on the nav screen. Then you can push the ok button on the nav screen. Now I just want to find a way to turn on the rear screen without using the remote...
