Good morning everyone. First off, I am a long-time buyer of BMW and Mercedes. I am so tired of these cars and the gremlins that come along with them. I'm sure Lexus has their fair share of gremlin/finnicky parts, sensors etc. but for the last few months I have been researching quality and reliable SUV's that will run and run for a long time with proper maintenance. From what I have found, the Lexus GX 470 is the route I wish to take. I love the simplicity of the body style and ascetics the GX brings. I love the quiet and beautiful interior the GX possesses. But most importantly, I love what the 4.7 brings to the table as for longevity and reliability. Frome what I gather, the 2005 and up may seem to be my best option. I am very excited to make this switch and finally get rid of my love hate relationship with BMW specifically. Any advice anyone wishes to share would be greatly appreciated. I love the green examples, but they seem fairly hard to find. Again, thank you for your time and I will keep you posted if I am lucky enough to pick one of these up. Good day
