passenger side blows cold but drivers side warm ? anybody ever had to get this fixed ? and yes, the temp is all the way down on both sides and it makes no difference when dual is de-selected.

maybe a servomotor that control flappers.

Mine has the same symptom but as I drive it starts blowing cold. Does it still the servomotor for the flapper (or the blend door actuator)?

You are low on refrigerant.
Check for leaks.

Good luck.

true...no freon, no cold air anywhere...try toggling between RECIR and FLOW THRU...see if you can hear the stuck door gears clicking while the motor is trying to turn them...thats how i found one above the glovebox

It's not that you don't have any refrigerant, it's that you are low on refrigerant. Same thing happened to me and I thought it was the servos, but it turned out that I just had to charge the system with the proper amount of refrigerant. It's way easier to charge refrigerant with manifold gauges than change the servos anyway, so might as well try it first.

You are low on refrigerant. I had this.
Go to an auto A/C shop (or the dealer) to get it topped up/recharged. Do NOT use one of the cans from the autoparts store - modern systems are sensitive to the lubricant and amount of refrigerant, unlike the old R-12 days.

If you have a blower door servo problem - that will be a separate issue. Run the A/C diagnostics to test them. Getting a code 21 is normal.

If you want it back to 100%, then I recommend you have it fully vac'd, 1/2 to 1oz of AC oil installed, plus the freon refill, AND, replace the AC relay (90987-04004 or 4-seasons 36126). As long as the pump clutch is ok then you should be 100%.
