Hi, I'm installing the bypass for the secondary emissions tomorrow and need to clear codes prior to doing so. Will removing the negative battery cable accomplish this? Thanks in advance for answers and any info you may impart prior to attempting this endeavor.

 

Not sure if disconnecting the battery will clear the codes but a $15 ODBII scanner from Amazon should be able to clear your codes.
