Default Techstream in 2025 Reputable source? Please??

I haven't been to this site in years, because our GX470 has been flawless. Well, fast forward to a week ago, I wanted to find out why the VCS TRAC/VSC OFF/CEL lights were on? Looked for my Techstream, low and behold, I no longer have it.. I think I sold the laptop I had it in. Does anyone have a reputable source to purchase one. I have been looking but some of the sites say you need a 32 bit. Well my laptop is a 64 bit.
Our GX drives fine but I'd like to get this resolved. I remember way back, with Toyota products, the usual suspect was the gas cap. I check it but it was still in great condition, as I replaced(with an oem) it a few years back.

Thanks, guys.

Software is all available for free download, it's just the cable you need to purchase.

Well I'll be.. Thank You Ian.. I appreciate it. I may have to read all 70 pages, but at least it's going to be free.. Thanks again.

I found this today:
https://lexusgxor.com

scroll 3/4ths down and you’ll see a link to a 2023 version. I’ve not used this one, but I linked the GXOR site because it adds credibility to the download.

Very kind of you, thank you. I'll have more ammo, to try to read up as much as possible as SW/computers aren't my forte.
