Default Is 04GX bluetooth enabled?

Anybody know if the new NAV comes with the 04 GX470 has bluetooth feature? I know it has on LX and LS.

No, the 04 GX don't have the bluetooth yet. I believe it will be on the 05 model.

Any idea if it'll be upgradeable when 05 comes out. Or any good after market product?

Not likely with this kind of thing. The phone system will be complete integration to the audio system, touch screen display, etc. Those kinds of things are more than software upgrades.

In the feature list above, there is a "Telephone Pre-Wiring". What's that suppose to be? How does it work with your cell phone?

It's just a dealer install phone and you will have to leave in the car just like the old style Lexus phone. Thant mean 2 numbers. One in the car and one for your cell phone.
