Default Faded Paint

I recently purchased a 05 GX470 looking to use it for camping and driving on the beach. I'm not looking to put a ton of $ into it, but the paint issue is hard to look past. Anyone have advice on how to make it look better? I'm located in NYC looking for a place that would do paint touch up for cheap or DIY is an option. Thanks!

Hopefully the sale price took the paint's condition into account.
The last photo with the fading over the rear wheels is pretty common. I have that.

This is probably going to be a Maaco-level job, yeah.

That paint is in a condition beyond the ability for paint correction to fix it. It will require a sand, prep and respray.
My fenders have the fading on them like yours but that is the only place I have paint issues so far. I heard the fender flares are a nightmare to reinstall if you take them off so most body/paint shops respray them in place. But again, you car needs a full respray if you want the paint to look good. Another option is to have the car paint prepped and put a wrap on it to cover the paint issues.
