Paint issues.....suggestions??.
I live in Tampa, FL. I have an 07 IS250. I have noticed that the paint is fading on the wing and also on the curves under the windows and it goes all the way back to the side panels by the trunk. There are some small nicks in the paint on the hood from road debris that I would like to get fixed as well.
Any suggestions on the best way to restore the paint and shine? I'm not sure of any good detailers in the area that would be able to fix it or if my car needs to be painted. Please help. Thanks

I figured no one was going to respond to a lot of these posts. Honestly, I'm a fan of Plastidip. When it first came out I thought it was only the matte, dry, ashy looking colors and it kind of pushed me away from it. But after looking into it again they have gloss, metallic and pearl coats and half of the time you can't even tell it's not regular paint. I'm probably going to do it on every single car I own You paint the car and you can peel it off. So if you feel like switching it up you won't have to pay thousands for a great paint job. The kit for our sedans are about 350 with everything. Check it out on YouTube. DipYourCar.

Thank you for your responses. I will check into the the dip and try to find Garry Dean. Do you have the name of his shop?

I plasti-dipped my '04 Titan 18 months ago and it's faded and peeling on the hood. The guy who did it is a pro and he told me the lifespan is not that long given the intense UV we get here is S. Fl. I looking into auto flex peelable coating which are glossy like paint, chemical and gasoline resistant (plasti dip is not) the plasti dip applicators alos are starting to push this product a lot and it's slightly more expensive than regular plasti-dip.
