rodents chewed the harness to the rear of the engine, now my engine does not start and the dash doesn't illuminate, do i need a new harness, or can i splice the chewed up harness bak together? ? if so does any one have a pic of the harness diagram?

You dont really need a diagram the wires are color coded so you shouldnt have a problem. Of course I dont know what the damage looks like, in any event, you should be able to splice them all with no problems, just find all the same color wires to splice into it. As I was doing some welding on my other car, a small fire ignited above my tranny harness and too had some problems, I cut them all and did a good splice and good to go. If you're a good solderer and have a good eye, I dont see why you couldnt do just what I did, cut, match and splice good luck.

You're in luck, I have a spare! The rodents chewed through the power harness. It's the one that runs along the firewall behind the engine. PM me if you want it.

I have one for sale for $350. It's usually a $1200-1400+ part from the dealer. It also includes the fuseboxes and all the connectors. From the dealer it's around $2000 for what I'm selling for $350.

That's debatable lol. I think I have enough spare parts laying around here to build an extra high power 2GS short of a rolling chassis

Oh man that sucks. Hope you get the car back safe! As for the harness, the one I'm selling is the main power harness for the car. Sounds like it's what the rats chewed through if you're not getting any power to a bunch of your accessories. The engine harness is a separate harness, but it doesn't really run anywhere behind the engine.

yea, im not gettin power to anything, engine doesnt crank, nothing in the interior light up, and its the harness right behind the motor and runs along the back firewall
