i have ordered some parts from tm engineering and everytime i email them about the states i get this

has anyone evered ordered parts from there? and had problems with the communication from them? i ordered front bushing kit, steering rack bushing and lower ball joints and tie rods.... i need the front bushing kit badly as mine is shot to hell! plz someone let me know plz i spent almost $400.00 on these parts and want to know if im getting scammed or they are the real deal thanks!!!

 

They are legit, but their customer service and shipping still have much to be desired. Not to mention their Daizen parts are distributed by other places like Sewell Lexus and Daizen is bushings are often out of stock across the country on their products.

Either sit back relax and wait for your parts or get your money back .

I say Daizen because I assume that is what you ordered.

 

thanks man.. they said they had all the parts in stock, except the steering rack bushings and asked if i would like to order the parts and forget the steering rack bushing i emailed them back and wanted to purchase it and send me the steering rack bushing later but they have not responded! grr is there a contact number that anyone knows of i can contact them?

 

I ordered parts from them about a month ago with no issues. The email I used was sales@tmengineering.net Hope you get your order !

 

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, no tracking email though.... only auto email for invoice, and no reply at sales@tm....

 

THey will reply back it just takes some time. They have a weird email process so they want to make sure your email andquestion is authentic and not spam.. They have good prices. I'd rather wait 2 weeks to get parts than spend an extra 50 bucks on bushings..

they do.i looked yesterday to see if i stored it but i didnt.....when i ordered my steering rack bushings, they called me as i ordered 2 sets for 2 cars and he wanted to make sure i didnt think i needed 2 sets. When i called him back (i missed the first call) NO1 answered so i was like ok ,we u know. then he called me back

yeah guys he used to be a forum sponsor on here....but no longer. last 3 guys i know besides piz who have ordered from him INCLUDING myself havent had any problems and got our items in a timely fashion but he seems to always be hit or miss on his punctual shipping

 

wow that sucks for me!!considering i have ordered it 4 weeks ago this thursday and no response or even if i did want my money back how would i go about doing so? considering i have no way to get a hold of him....

 

Like everyone mention..Just wait patiently...or try to get a hold of them again to see if you could get thru...

After 3 1/2 weeks I called Mastercard. They have a ph# at least. Maybe he should hire some help, I hear there is an ongoing unemployment problem in the country.
