Hit a nasty pothole today on our lovely PA roads. Although the tire is DONE, the rim was spared, for which I am grateful. Used Lexus Roadside Assistance for the first time and it all went great. I used the repair kit, but the slice was so large, it came right out. Does anyone know if I can replace just the fill container on the repair Kit?

BTW, these are my winter tires.
Gotta love PA roads that are "wonderfully" paved haha. I feel your pain as this time of year is pothole season in PA
Im in PA too and just Wednesday hit a pot hole. Blew out front right immediately and damaged the rear right. So two new tires. Not to mention needs an alignment now.

glad you’re ok
I left Pittsburgh in 1979 for this exact same reason, except the front wheel was also bent enough for it to lose air. They were steel wheels on a Fiat 128 sedan. No way I'd ever move back to PA.
Just had similar experience but mine was worse than yours that rims (both front/back on the passenger side) needed to be repaired. These low-profile tires sure don’t help much!
did you end up replacing the entire set or just this tire only? How did you manage not to hit the back wheel?
