Back Seatbelt guide

My middle back seatbelt isn't in the black plastic seatbelt guide and I didn't know how to open it or place it in, and don't want to break it, I was wondering if any of you knew how to open it.

To my knowledge, anything wrong with seat belts should be fixed by the dealership free of charge due to safety precautions. Give the dealer a call and see what they say.
