Only the plugs from your list. They are expected to be changed at 60k mile intervals. Really, the only scheduled interval fluids are oil and coolant in the engine and the brake fluid. The gearbox is a "lifetime" fill and has been the subject of great debate in the IS F forum. The differential is also without any service interval for US models other than checking the level. The TVD in all GS Fs has both gear oil and ATF in it. Gear oil in the center section where the ring and pinion live, and ATF in the two ECU controlled clutch packs outboard of the differential. Changing any of these "lifetime" fill fluids isn't impossible, but the gearbox doesn't make the process easy unless you are willing to accept significant compromises. They'll just never show up on the maintenance schedule if your dealership is following Lexus's maintenance schedule.

I have 166k miles on my IS F and have not needed to change the coils yet. I have also been the one freak who did the valve lash inspection which was on the 2008 60k mile maintenance schedule, but got dropped in 2009, and has not appeared on any 2UR-GSE maintenance schedule since. Happily, these inspections have proved the valves were all within spec.
