Default Changing Fender Color, thoughts?

I've seen the carbon fiber fender garnishes on GSFs and it adds a little to the car. There's not much of a contrast between the carbon fiber and the Caviar color though. Has anyone used another color garnish?

Since I have red seats, I was thinking of going with a red theme and paint my Calipers and Fender to match the seats.

This is a photoshop hack, but it shows the concept I plan on getting some wheels with black rims (possibly with red trim) so I painted the stock black. I'm not completely sold on the fender idea and may just go with the rims/calipers. Thoughts?

I second the notion of not a fan of the red fenders. Maybe a darker shade or red carbon fiber if you really want the red accent on the fender? If you really wanted to be unique, you could continue to run it on the rocker panel. Brakes would look good.

I think the fender is just to loud with that color but like others said the red calipers with black wheels looks good.

I think the Photoshop over displays the red on the fender-flare so it might look a little tamer live but I am in agreement with the others that in the picture; it is a bit too much. I do like the brake and rim combo. Ever think about wrapping or painting the chrome window trim? I think that might help with the blended look that I think you are going for.

Thanks for the opinions guys, you've backed me away from ledge

I'm going to do carbon fiber on the B pillar and fender. I wasn't sure about CF on the fender with black but I saw a picture of an RC F with it and it looks great. The Red Calipers I'll have think about doing over a weekend.

For wheels I'm thinking these:

Try matte wrap for fenders if you prefer to wrap, I kept mine as is until everything else is done, then its a personal choice if you wrap or not. The red is too flashy. Love your red brakes though .

I do like the polish/shine on those rims.
