Default Thoughts on this 2018 GSF for sale

I've been looking for a blue GSF (my criteria for what I'm looking for listed below) for a little while now and came across this one. First off it's a little overpriced and I will pass if they won't budge on the pricing, but I'm worried about and would appreciate any opinions on the aftermarket parts. My thoughts below.

-R1 concepts big brake Kit - Why put this on a car with Brembo brakes already?
-aFe Takeda Cold Air Intake
-Apexi Full Exhaust - Does anyone have this exhaust? How bad is the drone on the freeway? I found some yt videos with it and I think it sounds pretty good but always worry about noise when cruising.
-VS Forged wheels
-Carbon Lip kit
- If my interest remains after getting some comments I'll get some additional pics of this. I'm not a fan and would want to remove it. Doesn't seem like it would be too hard though.
-CKS Coilovers - I could go either way on these. Not willing to pay extra for it but don't hate the look when it's sitting slightly lower.

Criteria:
2017+
Blue exterior
Black interior

Some CL members have discussed this car recently.

It’s been for sale for 7-8 months so price should be negotiable. GL!

You remember what the threads were titled or anything? I did some searching before I posted this and didn't find much. I even did some reverse image searches as I thought I might be able to find pics as the calipers stand out. No luck though.

Also should this concern me? Looks like whoever owned it got rid of it right after this and then it was auctioned off. Usually exhaust issues/O2 sensor issues wouldn't bother me but that seems like it should be a pretty straightforward fix, but maybe it's not.

I don’t. But in summary one member said if they brought car back to stock, it would have better buyer appeal. & another member said the mods in car is nothing above & beyond & are legit mods.

Come to think of it, it was discussed on one of the Facebook F groups.

Unfortunately, as you can see, there's not too much activity on the CL GSF forums...makes sense being that there was only 2,484 made in the US.

A clean 1-owner car seems to be more difficult to find. I spent about 6 months looking for mine and walked away from several.

This one is blue/grey but I took a hard look at it:

Thanks for the info.

I do like that car but I want the updated adaptive cruise control so I'm looking for 2017+. Unfortunately that makes looking for one significantly harder. What made you pass on the one you linked to?

You’re welcome.

Same - I wanted all the updates and ended up with one of the last 2020 models made. I did travel half way across the US to get it, though. Are you willing to travel for the car? I would expand the search radius if you’re willing or able.

I have the search nationwide. I am willing to travel to get it. Just haven't found the perfect one yet.

I wouldn't touch that blue one with a 10 ft pole, the moment you turn the car on the dash lit up as Xmas tree. It was traded/ return to Northside Lexus Houston TX (early April 2023), I went and check it out in person as I work close to the dealership. Halfway thru the check out the sale manager ran out and inform me they regret the car won't be for sale nor able to accommodate test drive because it couldn't pass safety inspection.

Appreciate it. Guess this one is out for sure.

That looks like a very nice GS F with some nice Mods. The dash warnings could have been a result of the Brake upgrade, Intake, and/or Exhaust. At 36k with no accidents it just can't be that bad unless someone personally had it inspected to find different.

If it was at the Lexus dealer based on the history and time on the Carfax, seems it should have still been under Factory Warranty, so it was in their shop to be cleared of the lights. With Coils, Brakes, Intake, and Exhaust. I could see a Lexus used car Manager tripping out, and OMG over reacting and running out the shop about Mods. Especially on a Lexus. They likely stole it and ripped of the owner on too low Trade value anyway. Personally I like that GS F and Mods alot myself. If I was looking to buy that one, a simple call to that used car Dealer about ball park pricing and, to ask if they would take it to a dealer for inspection is how you determine the current condition for check out. Of course they might tell you it's altered with non factory parts, which was already disclosed in the current listing.

I have already seen 2 other threads and post about other GS F that were written off like this, that were later purchased by someone that were just fine, in spite of some post post saying they were condemned. lol!
