When I approach my vehicle and unlock it by grabbing the door handle, it will unlock the vehicle but will sound several beeps. I can't find out why. Any ideas? There must be some issue.
Well, I guess it's safe to assume no one has had or heard of this issue. It's like I grab the handle and it goes through the process of opening the doors like 5 times. So it beeps 5 times. Crazy.

Well I guess your car is special and gives you extra unlock confirmation. Is it unlocking/locking with all the beeps or just unlocks and beeps 5 times? Does your car have an aftermarket alarm or remote start?

It's trying to unlock all 5 times. As if I've grabbed the door handle 5 separate times. Yes, I have remote start. No aftermarket alarm.
@maiahsdad - Try this - Go into the Lexus LPS Lexus Personalized Settings and temporarily change the setting for how the doors react (e.g. lock / unlock) when using the door handles. Save the change(s). Then, go back into the LPS and change the setting back to how it used to be before it started acting up with multiple beeps. Save the change(s). See if that takes care of it...

Hang on... so its just beeping? Or it beeping and unlocking 5 times? Multiple beeps could also be a warning about something.

I don't have any vehicle settings that mention the door handles at all. It only has vehicle customization settings for door locks. And they are auto lock by speed, by shift from park, buy shift to park, driver door, 2nd key, and a few others. I don't even have the acronym LPS.Mine is 2013 GS350 AWD, with navigation
It's going through the process of trying to unlock the door about 4 or 5 times. Does it real fast. But it unlocks the door the very 1st time.
Then as I said before. Something is making the solenoid actuators get repetitive voltage signals each time. Maybe the door lock ecu is going bad?
I think b/c is talking about the lock/unlock options of just drivers door or all doors in settings? This is out there but..... could you be touching the touch buttons on the outside handles wrong making it do that? I know if I press wrong it will unlock then lock back again. Causing me to touch again to unlock?

Maybe mine is more sensitive, as I don't need to grab the handle in order for the doors to unlock. When I just slide my hand down in between the door and the handle, seemingly without touching, it will unlock the doors. I actually tested that about 5 minutes ago. But normally I wouldn't grab or touch the door more than once when I am unlocking. If I am indeed touching the handle anywhere, it's ever so slightly because before I can pull the handle the doors are unlocking.

I'm talking about the little Dimple button on the top left of the drivers door outside handle. Are you hitting it any kinda way by mistake being you have a the car for a few without this problem? Likely not but trying to rule out?
What happens you you unlock with the key fob remote? Only one solenoid click that happens in the door to unlock? Then if you key fob remote unlock, then pull to open the door what happens then?
