TPMS reset
Recently, I had all four wheels repaired/ coated as they had significant curb rash. Three days later, I replaced a tire that got punctured. As I was driving home from the tire shop, I tried to check my tire pressure because usually the guys at the shop overinflate them. That’s when I noticed my TPMS wasn’t showing my tire pressure reading. The tire shop is only a few blocks away, so I figured maybe I wasn’t driving long enough for it to kick in. So I parked my car and didn’t think anything of it. Now, that was three days ago and myTPMS still isn’t showing any reading. I’ve hit the reset button several times and it still isn’t working. Any idea what the issue could be? Is it possible that the sensors were stolen when my rims were being coated? Maybe damaged? The display is just showing dashes - - at each wheel. Would I get some
kind of code or error message if the sensors were stolen or damaged?

Go back to your tire shop and ask them to re calibrate each sensor if they did any work on the wheels. Usually 3 lines on the TPMS screen and no TPMS light on dash means the sensors are connected to the car but maybe not calibrated.
also if you use aftermarket sensors this will happen too I had the same issue and ended up buying all 4 OEM TPMS sensor from Toyota abs after getting those installed and calibrated it started showing the PSI. I went to discount tire to get this done.
you can also try holding the TPMS button under the dash and seeing if that helps.
