50k Mile Maintenance
The only real things you need to do are:
Replace Engine Oil and Oil Filter
Rotate Tires (if AWD)
Replace Cabin Air Filter (that's your personal preference and/or if you notice any mildew type smell)
EFI Fuel Tank Additive -> I personally use Seafoam when filling up my gas tank every oil change. No real particular schedule, just as I remember.
90% of those times are "inspections"

okay I kinda was thinking the same with all of the inspections! I’ll lookup the additive! Thank you so much
Honestly just air filters and oil change. I've never used an additive, but seafoam is overkill. I change wiper blades once a year, you can buy just the rubber for $8-12 each from an online lexus dealer and retain the oem wiper blades.
Really the correct way for fuel additives is to be used to maintain and prevent, but most don't really understand that and should reference experience from those that have done teardowns. That's why it specifically instructs to add periodically to prevent.

When I hear someone does not do something I always wonder the value of the advise ? Go get 2 cans of this and run it 2 times. Its the best one. See if you agree with the 83% and 10% who have and do actually use it, or the 3% who have used it? Or those who don't use it but give opinion on something with zero experience and do not. Go figure?
I'll give you my logic. Its your car.

I dare say that more people have caused damage with these so-called 'additives' than they have added any protection. If you believe otherwise I suggest you jump in the car right now and go to your local PEP Boys or AutoZone or O'Reilly's and load up on all the various additives they have on the shelves - then your car will be sure to last forever.
Those automotive and lubrication engineers are not stupid. You think they're leaving out the good stuff that you must buy as an additive? Come on!
Take engine oil additives; the chemists and engineers at motor oil companies work hard to fine-tune their formulations to fulfill all the requirements of a motor oil. While aftermarket additives may claim to boost performance in one or two areas, they can’t hit them all.
What’s more, aftermarket oil additives are not necessary in fully formulated oils. High-quality engine oils are blended with additives that are carefully balanced to be synergistic, performing well together.
Modern oils, in essence, are nearly as sophisticated as the engines in which they’re used. Tampering with the balance by adding other chemicals can adversely affect overall oil performance, sometimes dramatically.
The decision to use aftermarket additives is ultimately yours to make, but be wary of performance claims. Some additive manufacturers have been charged by the FTC with making false claims in the past. For the record, AMSOIL recommends against using aftermarket additives. AMSOIL synthetic motor oils are fully formulated to provide superior protection and performance; use of aftermarket additives will detract from their performance and possibly lead to engine failure.
Does anyone care to guess why EFI Fuel Tank Additive is recommended for Hawaii and Puerto Rico only? (see below)

Good question? I have been told the BK44 is better but Seafoam is good too, for both spray in cleaning and in tank.

But when you don't know you don't know, unless you have info and have used it. So when you don't have any experience to say what works and what does not. You can go to the internet and read no experience with using it, or people who have, and people who have Tons more hours on the Lexus engines and ECU readings of engine performance operating data.

If you do your own work, you can perform all of those "inspections" yourself while the car's on jackstands and you're rotating the tires.
Cabin air filters are cheap and easy to replace in most cars, including the GS. I've had success with Fram's "Fresh Breeze" cabin air filters in my cars.

I would take to a tier place like NTB that has the best price. Rotating and re-balance is the thing you want to do for tire life. NTB and a few other do for lifetime when you pay once.
Don't run the Cabin Filter with the Fresh power in them, the Power get in your vents and whole system. Its a mess and hard to clean out. Its been complained about for years with those filters, but still happening. You can get a aftermarket Charcoal filter for half the price from local auto parts stores or Amazon. They normally are not as good as stock Lexus though. The Lexus filter are on eBay cheaper from some Toyota dealers and Lexus Dealers.
