I googled it and found it on a random site, don't remember, If you also search techstream on eBay most sellers have the latest version or close too it.
So can from tech stream hybrid battery cells/ checks be inspected somehow or not, also is the version of the cable Firmware V 2.0.4 good enough or lower are accepted as well?

What more things i will gain if i decide to buy the expensive MongoosePRO? + subscription for example of tech stream.
You won't gain anything or do anything different than the $20-30 eBay/Amazon cable and Techstream that comes with it. Silly to pay that much money for what is a very basic OBDII to USB cable.
Good i will listen to you ,you are a pro what level is your cable firmware?
Do i gain more features if firmware is much newer and higher version or its the same for lexus gs 4th gen.

Sheesh the cable doesn't matter, your overthinking this. stop shopping by firmware versions of the cable and instead look at the version of techstream that comes with it. Anything version of Techstream 14 and up will work for your car.
I only paid $20 for the cable a couple years ago, Sellers are overcharging for it now on eBay/amazon, making a killing on a $5 cable and a disk with pirated software.
The Cable is Chinese, the Software is the original Toyota Techstream. I bought the cable for about $20 and torrented the latest version of Techstream.

Just to be clear to everyone reading this, any form of piracy is strictly forbidden.
No Piracy , no worries,
I think this will be my best investment for auto diagnostics for my car instead of relying on non existing dealership thanks a lot guys How , hard is to locate the obd ii port of the lexus gs hybrid 4th generation.
Be aware of dodgy cables. Techstream will fail halfway when you try to change settings on certain ECUs. To be on the safe side, get the official supported ones from Toyota

Which are official supported ones from toyota i dont know?
Please if someone knows how are the official non dodgy cables supported by/ lexus /toyota tell me their names..
I've used my $20 cable about 10 times and never had an issue. The dealers don't use a USB cable, their cable doesn't connect to a modern laptop. They use some purpose built Panasonic laptop that looks like it's 10 years old. Also their cable uses some sort of vga connection.

Never had an issue with my cable and the cable lexus dealer uses is not USB.
