Touch lock and unlock entry function

On my GS350 the door doesn't unlock when I place my hand behind the door handle or lock when I touch the little dent on the door handle of the driver side rear door and this function works fine on the remaining three door handles. Does anyone have an idea that what could be the issue?

Check to see if the wiring harness is properly plugged in. Sometimes when window tint is installed the installer fails to plug the wiring harness plug back in. If that's not the problem you may need to replace the door's actuator..
