Default ABS, BSM system, Headlight leveling system, AWD system warning lights

Hello everyone, having issues with my 2013 Lexus GS 350.
When I start it I have ABS, BSM, Headlight leveling, AWD warning signs coming up on the dashboard. This happend after heavy rain in Chicago and the car is parked outside. The car starts well, drives also well.
So, first, I thought that some sensor was moisturized but after I found rat or squirrel pop under the hood and 1 wire being torned.
I checked some threads on the forum and checked the fuel cap, disconnected the battery but still have those warnings on the dashboard. I'll attach pictures of that wire and If you could identify that any sensor is located there.
Thanks.

As you can see wire is located under the hood between battery and front right fender.

My 2015 RX350 F-Sport is doing this. Did you find a solution? I'm thinking a bad ground (could be animals) or a corroded connector where all these systems pass through.
I'm hoping you have solved your issue and that it will guide me in my hunt.
Thanks

Default 2015 Same Issue

Has anybody figured this out? I have the same issue. Check AWD, ABS, Brake malfunction, Power steering, Air Bag and headlight leveling system on dash.

Did you take a look around your engine bay for any visible damage? The one in OP looks like one of the grounding points, though if that is cheese there could be other wires as well.
