@spineman - The spark plugs in your GS 450h do not need to be replaced on the same recommended time schedule as the GS 350 to retain the emissions warranty through to 100k miles.

The OE spark plugs in the GS 350 as well as your GS 450h (just like my GS 450h) will last well over 200k miles with no diminished performance or fuel mileage. There is absolutely no need or benefit whatsoever to replace the spark plugs.

Just for the heck of it, I did my spark plugs and cleaned my throttle body on my 2013 GS350 with 74k miles, I felt a difference but don't know if that's attributed to just the spark plug change.
Car pulls stronger in lower RPMs.

Can someone cofirm the exact part number for the Lexus Spark Plugs; I see two numbers on the Lexus dealer website

9091901263
9091901249

Which is the correct one? Also, how many does this car take? I assume it's one for each cylinder , so need to get 6 in total, correct?

Six Plugs
As for the correct one, I know Denso markets an aftermarket TT type plug (9091901249), and the other Part number is OEM what they use in the factory. Both have that second contact point on the ground electrode.

Both are excellent and interchangeable. Rockauto lists 2 Denso Plugs:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...park+plug,7212

Specs are very slightly different. Nominal gap, and the finewire diameter.

it depends. Which ones. Passenger side is easy. Just remove intake tube and its open access. on driver side the front one is also in the open. The middle and back ones I remember I had a little work to do, had to loosen the wire harness a little to access them.

Drivers side is a PITA. The Coil bolt is under the Intake with very little space.

Those look like they were ran a week, not 5 years and 100K miles! The insulators is clean and the electrodes are in excellent shape. I would not be afraid to run those another 50K easy.

My dad said the same thing when I showed him the picture. also did the transmission drain and fill at 100k and fluid was still red in color when it was draining. Did this to see the health of the engine and transmission. Pleased with the GS.

Perfect! Those plugs are good for another 150k miles with no deterioration in performance or fuel mileage.

And now you know. I changed trans and both diffs fluid at 70k, mostly because I was bored and curious. I still have not even looked at the plugs because it runs great.
