Default Aggressive Looking Ebay Spoiler

Has anyone tried or know anything about this spoiler on Ebay?
I just recently bought a 2014 GS non-F sport in Obsidian as my first car purchase and I love the front, but the back reminds me a bit too much of my dad's old 2002 Lexus ES. I've looked at all the different spoiler options in different threads, but I definitely like the aggressive shape of this best. Would carbon fiber look weird on a black car, especially if its the only piece of CF on the car? I mostly see CF on white and grey cars I feel like. Thanks for any opinions or insights!

I think it looks good, carbon fiber on a black car wouldn't look odd or anything, it just won't be that noticeable. I like the design but I just would be worried about the fitment as you can even see in the picture that the left side doesn't line up correctly with the trunk but that could be just a mock up picture

I'd be more weary about the fit/finish on that particular spoiler. I think there are a myriad of options out there i'm sure you'll be able to find something to dress up the rear.

Here's one that a member did a while back: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ml#post9844342

Scroll down on that same thread to see another member with a black GS and a black carbon fiber spoiler.

Another good thread with a few options: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...r-spoiler.html

Hahaha it was definitely a great car! Had it for 18 years/285k miles, still ran great, but unfortunately the exhaust rusted out and the repair cost more than it was worth. Its the reason I went for a Lexus and a NA engine!

Thanks Ill keep it in mind!

I'll think everything over some more, but I may end up giving the Ebay one a try because I really do like the shape more than everything else I've seen. If fitment is bad, ill just send it back because Ebay has pretty strong buyer protection.

They were out of stock for a little while so there was a bit of a delay, but the spoiler came in a few days ago. Quality and fitment seem pretty good. The edges are a bit bulky, but overall I think I like it, but idk I just think the front end looks so good on this car that even still rear 3/4 looks a bit mismatched. I actually prefer the non f-sport, in obsidian, the front end of the car reminds me of the bat mobile lol I wish I could get that vibe from the back. Maybe a roof spoiler? I still want it to be classy, not junky/ricey though. Its not actually attached but here it is mocked up.

The spoiler looks good and it seems like the fitment is on point.

If you get a roof spoiler, it will certainly add more flair to the back of the GS. See this post for a similar spoiler to the one you just purchased with a roof spoiler: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ml#post9849923

When I used to add exterior mods to my earlier cars, I used to check out what BMW was doing with their exteriors and copy them. They seem to always have clean and subtle mods that look great.

OP, that spoiler looks great!
